Before your first session, plug your Halo Mask into any USB power source for 2 to 4 hours. A full charge gives you around 10 complete treatments. Before each session, wash and fully dry your face — no creams, oils, or SPF beforehand. Secure the headband, place the mask over your closed eyes, and press the power button. The mask will automatically shut off after 3 minutes. After your session, gently blink, wipe the mask clean with a damp cloth, and store it in your Halo Pouch.

Orders are processed same day and shipped the next day. Please note that we do not ship on weekends. During holidays and sale seasons, please allow a little extra time for processing.
Orders typically arrive within 5 to 7 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking link as soon as your order ships so you can follow its journey directly to your door.
As we aim to process orders as fast as possible, you must request any changes or cancellations within 12 hours of ordering. All requests after this time will be denied. Your order can be returned for a full refund after it is received.
